Hosting
This website is hosted on a self-operated Nginx server. All resources (fonts, icons, stylesheets, scripts) are served from that server; no content delivery networks or Google Fonts are embedded, so no IP address is transmitted to third parties when the page is loaded. Technical access data is processed on access (see web server log). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation).
Web analytics (cookieless)
This website uses self-hosted, cookieless web analytics at analysis.schroedersimon.de (script: script.js, website-id 4933b1ef-…). No cookies are set and no person-relatable, persistent identifiers are created. Processed data: requested URL, referrer, approximate region, visit time. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reach measurement and error diagnosis). Storage of aggregated data follows the configuration; no profiling.
Contact form (Web3Forms)
The contact form is processed via the service Web3Forms (provider: Web3Forms, USA). On submission your details (name, email, company, company size, platform situation, timeline, goal/request) are transmitted to Web3Forms and forwarded to contact@schroedersimon.de for answering. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract pre-formation on your request).
Transfer to third countries
Web3Forms processes data in the USA (outside the EU). Appropriate safeguards under the GDPR (Standard Contractual Clauses / SCCs) are provided by the service. Web3Forms privacy policy: https://web3forms.com/privacy.
Email contact
If you contact us directly by email, your details are stored to process the request. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract pre-formation). No disclosure except where required by law.
Retention period
Request data is stored only as long as necessary to process and trace the request, then deleted (unless statutory retention obligations apply).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
